Providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their gender, sexual orientation, and overall identity without judgment. This focus helps individuals affirm their authentic selves, navigate questions of self-worth, and embrace the full spectrum of who they are, all while fostering a sense of belonging and validation.

Relationship Support and Communication

Offering guidance for both romantic and non-romantic relationships, including non-monogamous and non-traditional relationship dynamics. Our work together will help clients identify their needs, develop supportive boundaries, build healthier communication and foster stronger connections.

Mental Health and Well-being

Addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges within the context of LGBTQ+ experiences. This includes recognizing the struggles that come with systemic oppression and discrimination, and how these factors impact mental health. We’ll work to understand how these challenges may shape your well-being, while also fostering resilience, coping skills, and self-esteem..
