individual therapy
Therapy is a space to explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I tailor our work to fit your needs. Some clients come in with a clear goal in mind, while others are looking for space to process and reflect. I offer both structured, results-oriented therapy and open-ended, exploratory work—always grounded in evidence-based approaches and a strong therapeutic relationship.
my Approach
My work is rooted in evidence-based modalities, blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based approaches to support both deep insight and practical change. I help clients develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges while also exploring the underlying patterns that shape their experiences.
ACT and CBT offer structured, research-backed strategies to help shift unhelpful thoughts, build resilience, and take meaningful action. My attachment-based approach brings in an understanding of how early relationships shape emotions, behaviors, and self-perception—offering a framework for healing, self-compassion, and deeper connections.
At the core of my work is a collaborative, client-centered approach that prioritizes warmth, authenticity, and trust. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and understood, and where growth happens at a pace that feels right for you. Whether we’re working on concrete skills or diving into deeper self-exploration, my goal is to help you create a more fulfilling, intentional life.
FAQs

Therapy can be helpful for anyone looking to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, or create meaningful change in their life. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy can be a space for growth, reflection, and support at any stage. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about exploring yourself in a deeper way, therapy might be a good fit.

It depends on your goals, needs, and preferences. Some clients find that a few months of focused work is enough to see meaningful change, while others prefer ongoing therapy to support deeper exploration and long-term growth. Most of my clients are in care for 4-6 months, but some find their goals can be met in just 2-3 sessions, and some prefer to continue care for much longer. In our first few sessions, we’ll discuss what feels right for you, and we can adjust as needed.

I currently offer virtual therapy, which allows for greater flexibility and accessibility. Sessions take place via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform so you can connect from wherever you are.
-
My rate for individual therapy is $245/ session. I do not take insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. If you’re unsure about your benefits, I recommend checking with your insurance company to see if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available based on financial need. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss what options might be available.

Therapy looks different for everyone, but some signs that it’s working might include feeling more self-aware, handling challenges with greater ease, or noticing shifts in your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. Sometimes progress feels subtle, and other times it’s more immediate. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly check in to ensure therapy is aligned with your goals and making a meaningful difference in your life.

It’s understandable to feel hesitant if past therapy experiences didn’t meet your needs. Every therapist is different, and finding the right fit is key. I encourage all clients to try out multiple therapists to make sure they find the one that is right for them. My approach is collaborative and adaptable—meaning we’ll regularly discuss what’s working (and what’s not) so we can adjust as needed. If something isn’t feeling helpful, I welcome open conversation so we can make sure therapy truly supports you.
