Meet emma.

I’m an experienced therapist, trainer and supervisor. I’ve been practicing for nearly 15 years, worked with hundreds of clients, and trained 800+ mental health providers across CA in evidence based treatments. My passion is care that is compassionate, relational, and grounded in approaches that actually work.

Since 2018 I have worked at the cutting edge of mental health care in the UC Berkeley Psychology Department helping to research strategies that improve mental health treatments.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, including CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and others, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in holistic approaches that address immediate challenges while empowering long-term growth. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re navigating life’s transitions, managing stress, or struggling with sleep, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.
