Meet emma.

I am an experienced therapist, trainer, and supervisor. With 15 years of practice, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients and training over 800 mental health providers across California in evidence-based treatments. My passion is care that is compassionate, relational, and grounded in approaches that actually work.

My journey has taken me from the heart of community-based mental health into the UC Berkeley Psychology Department, where I’ve researched strategies to improve treatment since 2018, and most recently to the cutting edge of mental health care at Two Chairs.

My approach integrates proven methods like CBT, ACT, CBT-I and Mindfulness, tailored to your unique story. I believe in a holistic process, addressing your immediate challenges while empowering the long-term growth necessary for a sense of peace and purpose.

Whether you’re navigating life’s transitions, managing stress, or struggling with sleep, I’d love to support you.
